Maintaining weight, still eating right and cardio 3-4 times a week. I'm also doing some weight training to try and lean out. I don't want to lose to much more but more lean would be good.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
