This past week I have started a 5K training program, so I now run about 3 times per week and try to do other physical activities like biking, walking, playing with the kids on the other days. I get up and run at 7 am, and I'm not a morning person so this is pretty big deal for me.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
