After my partial hysterectomy in February, I packed on the weight like nobody's business. Seriously, I gained like 3 lbs a week for months! I went from a size 4/6 to a size 12. Could be worse. I used to weigh over 300 lbs.
I never want to see those numbers on the scale again! I am super frustrated. Nothing I do seems to help, so today I started the Nutrisystem Diabetic plan (I am not diabetic, but I like to keep my carbs/sugar under control). I just bought the five day starter pack from Walmart. I did eat a normal dinner tonight, though, because my husband and I had been planning it for a while.
After much research, I believe that I will be ordering the "choose your meal plan" NutriSystem Diabetic meal plan for a couple of months. The plan is perfect for me as I am am full time college student with no time to cook. Mostly, though, I just want to retrain myself on proper portion control.
