Well Yolandijonas & Masetjhaba, I do all the things you've probably heard before: I put myself to a very strict diet, & I mean strict...no sugar, no fizzy drinks, no chocolates (I love chocolate, esp. with Hazelnuts *sigh*), no fast foods, no animal fats, little to no carbs...why? Because I personally don't know the meaning of "moderation" or eating these things in moderate, that has been my downfall, so I had to resort to drastic measures...I eat lots of fruits & vegetables (steamed or raw), lean meats & fish, I also drink A LOT OF WATER (esp. warm water) first thing when I wake up, during the day & just before I sleep, and supplement my food intake with Herbalife shakes mixed with Protein Powder...I weigh myself every morning for daily motivation & in my weight history I only record when there has been a change in my weight (my weight does plateau often)...I am not too kin on exercising esp. at a gym, but I do LOVE walking, so I do that as much as I can for exercise. That's basically it!

@Masetjhaba: it's not always easy, everyday is a battle, but I take it one day at a time & think of why I am doing this in the first place. Lord knows it is not easy!
