Didn't lose any today but didn't gain either. We went out last night to a buffet (birthday dinner for son) and I stuck with all low carb food. I just ate too much of it still. :) Football day today, the only low carb beer my hubby found for me was coors light so at 5 carbs per beer, 2 will be my limit. Next game I will have low carb booze of some sort. I save almost all my drinking for tailgating.
