I know I have put on weight but also know most of that sitting has been to achieve an MBA. Almost there. I started a new workout plan yesterday. 1 hr session. Pretty stiff and achy this morning. Feeling great to know I pushed myself. No excuses. We will leave an amazing legacy for future generations.
