I've maintained my GW since achieved and occasionally weigh less (eg; yesterday was 62.9kg). Honestly stuck as to whether I want to set a new goal of 60kg - I'm 175cm tall for reference. I've already dropped 1-2 dress sizes and am happy with my figure BUT I'm now in a mindset of wanting to continue losing. NOT AN ED! Anyone else relate to changing their Goal Weight once sustained? Looking forward to hearing people's opinions! :)
62.9 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
