Well life just gets better- not! My joints are just not behaving....Osteoarthritis in my right knee, weak right ankle, 2 toes won't bend on my left foot- possibly arthritis and I'm having alot of pain in my right thigh at the moment, who the people at the local hospital say is muscle pain. On top of that apparently my blood pressure is borderline high, all good fun....
So I have weighed myself this morning and now I will try to remember to fill in my food diary daily.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
