up from way too much sodium intake yesterday and higher carb day . I just couldn't get full yesterday hoping that it will go back down 👇 soon.
127.6 kg Lost so far: 32.6 kg.    Still to go: 27.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
