Yard work results I think 😆 It’s too rainy today so I’ll try for the treadmill instead.
Yesterday, yoga and some upper body/arms/back. I was making up for only doing 3 walks last week and
no other workouts but the work stress was out of hand. This week should be a unique one having to travel for work 3 days midweek. I will have to stay active as much as I can but no worries about dietary changes because it’s to a village with no restaurants. 😅
70.3 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Treadmill was a bust! I got excited when the sun started to shine again around 8pm so started to head outside for a walk instead. Not 5 minutes in the rain started again 😅. Headed home and instead of getting on the treadmill, I plopped on the couch with that sulking before back to work Monday remorse. 😬 This Friday to Sunday will be my time to get it back together. Plus now the backyard is needing that next mow. Lol
