Note to self: 5 days gym this week, 75 min weights sessions. 2 days of low calorie dieting too (tried to limit it to 700/800 calories per day)

I think its time for me to take a break from exercising and enjoy 2 weeks in Majorca. :)
76.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
