Couple of short workouts yesterday. I did 15 mins of strength training and had to stop because the workout involved foam rollers which I don’t own. Tried to improvise but it wasn’t working. 😅 Then I switched to a short yoga workout. 🧘♀️ The chili was yummy for dinner with flavors melded. I made enough for half the week so I wouldn’t have to cook much else. Going to attempt less fast food/restaurant food this week for lunch so I’ll probably try to prep every evening. I will bring it to work but let’s see if I can actually not cave. My boss and I are one another’s lunch enablers but my biggest hurdle is needing away time from work midday. I try to go on short walks outside and we have a picnic area but it is often too buggy to enjoy. I may just need to eat in my office and go for a short drive to get away. 😊
