Rest day for exercise yesterday but did full body strength training on Thursday. Made a pot of chili last night but haven’t had any yet. I always love to wait a day because that’s when the flavor and heat rolls in. ☺️ It’s probably going to be another rainy day but I probably need the break anyway.
