ONEderful feels great..and I'm grateful to be here bc this weekend was Mike's bday and i had some bites of cake and ice cream and a few finger sandwiches and chips but i did it in moderation and had a huge veggie tray and melon tray too. I also had some beers. And I didn't log any of it. BUT, i ok with it.. Back to basic this week to get back on track. Cooked up a storm of low carb proteins yesterday, got all my veggies and ready for the week. My husband lost his part time job yesterday so I may need to cut back on some of the fancy stuff I get for a while but we still both have our full times jobs and most the fancy stuffs are "wants" not "needs" so we will be fine. And its just for a little till he gets another part time. We have two kids in college so he has to work the two jobs...I was stressing about it so I hit the park for a walk last night and almost got 10k. Walking has become my stress reliever and it really does wonders for me.. Goals for the week. 60 oz a day and 10k in steps. and no more cheating LOL.. hope every one has a great Monday !
