My weight has been going up and down like a yoyo and my measurements especially round the waist and hips went up really high this weekend so yesterday I decided no more bread! cos it's making me explode. I will also limit my starches and sugar ( I eat lots of fruit but was sneaking in a choc or a biscuit from the office here and there). My fat is way up at 31.1%, maybe because of the brazil nut mix I made, so I will watch the nut intake too.
