Inch by inch, progress is made. I'm finding that consistency works. My head knows it does, but sometimes I don't want to listen. IF was working last time, but I decided to get back to tracking calories for a while. It feels more restrictive and I'm hungry at all hours, but it gets me thinking fuel over food. IF was easy to eat what I wanted and not stress. My hunger was limited to my usual eating times. Will probably go back to IF, with modifications, as before. Today starts my 8 day staycation. Just hanging with my hubby and kids, working on projects, and getting ready for the big vacay in August 😁
