Good morning folks, I quit alcohol entirely two weeks ago and am enjoying more energy as a result. I’ve been very busy though and haven’t had as much time to exercise as I’d like so I need to get reorganized. I hope everyone is doing well and has a great day.
62.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
