ugh still no change and a week ago I was 283 and then the next day I was bloated from the food at the cookout anyhow I did better yesterday and still the same but I know its hormones and no bowel movement in over a week so I will see what happens... it will go back down 👇 eventually and then I will be on my way to loosing again.
