I only now filled out my food journal for yesterday. No wonder I was feeling hungry and had a mild headache. Big deficit. Oh well, I kinda needed it.

Yea I know. I didn’t intentionally try to. I guess that’s why logging is helpful for me. I need to do it always for visual purposes. I was also aware that lately I have been in a surplus. That was why I said I needed this one. But gonna get back to a normal calorie intake. I refuse to starve!!😆
