Weight loss has come to a stand still. I keep bouncing around between 245 and 250 mark. I am definitely getting leaner though my first visible vein is starting to show on my right bicep, I also have imprints of my obliques that are visible at this point. Creatine has been loaded and I gained an automatic 5 pounds I would say but things are starting to lose again i would say. I rack pulled 545 pounds yesterday from bellow the knees for 6 and I felt like I had more in me. Been slacking on the cardio and water intake lately gonna try my best to get back in gear today.
