Back to where I was after the kidney stone debacle of 2024, before the stomach bug. Still up a bit from where I was after the Disney trip but since I'm trying to get back into a rhythm of exercise I'm sure that will come off too. Over 6 pounds down since we got back less than a week ago! Shedding all this water weight and ready to get back in my rhythm. Started C25K all over again and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Ready to prioritize myself again and focus on me!
