Might as well just put it out there. Been going up in weight so wasn’t recording on here. Not a good plan for me. If my eating habits don’t change, the weight isn’t going to change. I need to take accountability, which is what I’m doing right now.
76.1 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Make sure to change your diet gradually so it becomes your lifestyle. Instead of soda try fruit juice

I have gained a lot of weight back. The more problems hubby has the worse I do. Gotta get back on plan too. Let's do it.

Wow! Thanks for all the support you guys💜 I guess we’re all in the same boat. Yes, I have been eating/drinking a few things that I typically don’t usually, like soda, for example. I also don’t deprive myself. I wanted something other than water which is my usual, so I had it. It’s been extremely humid at work plus TOM is coming. These are all the factors that make choosing healthy options harder on me. So I’m riding the wave. 🌊 I know what to do to achieve my goals. Been here long enough.😂

I use Zipp fizz in 16oz water twice a day. Flavors water just enough plus vitamins and energy. 20 calories from their website or Costco. I also found water boring.
