At last- a whole pound lost! I had alot of pain when I planted brassica plants in the allotment. I can't crouch down or kneel down to do any gardening, but one of use forgot this when we went to a nursery and saw the plants. We are having alot of slugs in the allotment because of all the rain and mild weather, so any seedlings that come through are quickly demolished by the slimy little horrors. So, back hurt, ankle pain, and thigh pain is a result.... Not alot of walking or any other exercise has been done, but I still managed to lose a whole pound, don't know how I did it, but quite pleased.
