174.8, lowest ever, AND I hit my second weight goal!

Now, let's see if I can hit 165, or if I even need to hit 165.

We'll see, but I'm stoked.

I'll probably be up again on Monday, but meh, I'm seeing some pretty steady, albeit slow, weight loss lately.
79.3 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
