My second night sleeping with a Cpap. While the mask takes getting used to, I do think I am sleeping so much sounder. Woke up hungry, my stomach rumbling. Was happy to see a weight loss. Still over 90 lbs to go but not going to get discouraged. 1 lb at a time.
