I am on a zero sugar diet.only fruit vegetables and protein.not eating cake,biscuits,packed food frozen food,soda.and any kind of market bread ( also add sugar) I am not on keto diet or low carbs but I am managing 50% carbs 30% protein and 20% fat. Fine white flour and sugar is poison for health. I am working on my mental and physical health.

I am talking about added sugar.I am not diabetic. So fruits and vegetables are natural source. Package food, frozen food and biscuits are more dangerous. So stay healthy
