stayed the same still bloated from all the sodium and excess calories and carbs I did better yesterday than I did the day before but I'm just hoping I don't gain any weight back and Continue to loose weight...ugh tomorrow is grocery shopping day and I'll be glad we r out-of salad items and everything else gonna try to get chicken tenders from somewhere today maybe something even healthier as I try to stay in my 1700 calories today...still doing physical therapy and feeling so much better than before Thank God.... have a great day everyone!!!!
