fat 41.1% will need to try and put in a few more steps than yesterday. well soup 2 day is finished, had double portions yesterday for all three meals. today I start the 28 day challenge on 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. already prepped for Day 1 and day 2 meals. received my order for some good EVO from Pozzallo and had a great tasting 😊. finally a good EVO! yesterday did the lower body sculpt, 30 mins. angry with myself today. shot a glass mug with my foot, it crashed onto the stairs and chipped (huge) one of the stairs. tried to put some pieces together, ran out of Loctite, now I need to go and buy. ufffa! a spoke in the wheel in today's agenda. oh well!
