Little drop again. Looks like next week I’ll reach my goal judging by the weekly weight loss. Vshred is a huge reason. Before I was label and macro illiterate. Now I know better. I eat better and my workout doesn’t take very long. Before V Shred I was spending two hours a day in the gym six days a week. Now I’m spending 35 minutes in the gym at most. I used to practically starve myself and not lose waist.
100.9 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
