What do you know. Lost one. Baseball is almost over. I'm going on vacation on Friday afternoon for 2 weeks. I hope I pay attention to what I am eating. I do a lot of fishing and swimming. I hope that is enough exercise.
Is it a bad thing that on Friday, I will be in Liverpool, NY and will go to the Limp Lizzard BBQ place and know I will gorge myself in BBQ stuff? I know BBQ is a weakness of mine so I don't do BBQ except for once a year. I will probably triple my fat intake on that day alone. At least the stuff has some protein in it.
