Good job! You lost a lot. Losing all that without gaining it all back at 5 lbs lol, even when weight can be stubborn to come off, even just 5 lbs, inspires me. Now I won’t give in to the urge to eat snacks or sweets, between lunch and dinner (I had tea, crackers, cheese, fruit and veggies in addition to the main part of my lunch, so a big lunch, and clearly don’t need to eat just because I’m bored).
I will color, do extra chores, and exercise instead.

@Laine Thank you! I’ve been focusing on a lifestyle change instead of dieting. My main focus now is more protein and more water. Once I lose a bit more I’ll start adding in more physical activity but for now I skate about 3 times a week for an hour (plus housework and catering two toddlers all day). I’m down almost 15lbs since last year. My goal right now is to lose atleast 1lb per month.
