I have not been drinking water. I have not been eating bfast or lunch. I have been eating really late at night. I ate way too much junk food, aka candy! I have not exercised in weeks.
What I can do about it...
I will do Leslie Sanone's 5 mile workout everday. (already did it today) I will avoid junk food. I also will allow myself one piece of my daughters very expensive bday cake Saturday. Eat breakfast. and Lunch. Avoid eating after 7:30pm Do Leslie Sansone's 5 mile every day this week.
I am very disappointed in myself that I have to start over yet again. I'm not going to dwell on it but move past it and work hard bc as I have seen working hard=success and not working at all=fat n flabby! I want to be at least 158 by Thanksgiving. So that .4lbs a day. We will see.

The journey just goes on and on and on and on and on!!! Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and just keep walking that path. You know exactly what to do my friend!!! You'll do it!!
