Well I lost a lbs... hmm.. plateau broken or water weight? hmm... won't stress out about it since its my vacation this week. Big outing tomorrow and i finally fit in my outfit!!!!! :)

118.8 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg. Still to go: 10.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Yeah!! Hopefully it is your plateau breaking that has allowed you to lose more weight. Keep it up. You are doing great.
