WEighed again this morning, after doing my 2.5 mile walk, doing some yardwork spraying weeds, and little dusting. Weighed 184lbs exactly, so that's my weight for today...

83.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
