I've been fortunate enough to still breastfeed my baby. I think that is why the scale is still going down. I've been focusing on eating healthy and nutritional food and not focusing on losing weight. I really don't want to lose any weight anymore. Any tips on eating healthy and still eating enough while breastfeeding?
