Yep. It was water retention. Back on track. No cheating until I’m under 240. I might hold off until 235 for a cheat day.
All my workouts are getting easier and easier. I’m throwing in some extra core exercises every day.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
