Not even 1 full pound lost after a week. I’m a little depressed now. I really thought I was doing so well. My clothes are looser and I’m constantly having to pull my pants up, but losing the pounds is not happening very much. I have lost another .4 pounds. At this rate, I will be thin after I’m dead. 😳😂
96.3 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
