The last few pounds lost over the last few days were very unexpected. 2 days in a row. well, heck ya. i haven't had a whooosh in a long time. I've been getting extra sleep that I needed and removing as much stress in my life as I can. I'm going to do my abs and some free weights today. just baby steps. I haven't felt great walking but manage to push myself a little daily. have a good day. i think it's Beef Tenderloin day again 🥳
