@Prissie1 thank you! My struggle was just not knowing what to do (What to eat, how much to eat, etc), so I figured the best way to go about it was to get professional advise. I found a dietician and she created a diet plan for me, tailored to include the foods I enjoy and or/eat regularly. My macros for a day are 200g of Carbs; 148g Protein; 80g Fat and 2100 calories. I just stuck to my macros to get to this point, haven't done much in terms of exercise but that's my goal for this year
