Just wanted to check in and let everyone know that, yes, I am still alive and still at it. Work has been crazy hectic and busy (life of a welder), but I am still holding myself accountable to eating healthier (lots of wekend meal prep) and burning extra calories any way I can: either at the gym or doing body weight workouts at home and sometimes even at work. You can do burpees, body squats, and push-ups anywhere. lol.
