I got word from my doctor yesterday that I can come off of the Metformin. He'll test again in 6 weeks to see how I am doing. Yay!
I don't quite understand my body. This is the third day that I have dropped in weight which is not normal. It's usually been 2 days of drop and then a slight increase. I'll take it but it is odd.
Yesterday with the trainer I did leg presses, deadlifts, lunges onto a BOSU, one leg squats while standing on the BOSU and supporting myself with the workout straps, leg curls, back extensions, and exercise ball suitcase crunch.
Tonight is a Fartlek run of 4 miles. It's supposed to be in the upper 80's so I'll need plenty of hydration. Have to see how it goes.
