To say I'm ashamed to be back at this weight is putting it mildly. I know life comes with challenges and it seems my biggest one is all things weight related. I'm working on exercising daily and getting back to my strength training routine. Inconsistency is my enemy. If I could find some middle ground and not be one extreme or the other I'd be ok. Granted we just got back from a week of visiting family and eating out almost every meal. I will be successful at consistency.

Same here. It's so hard to stay consistent and if I ever stop cause life happens, I gain it back. But good job on your goals!
