Merry New Year!
Made it to the gym today. A very good cardio workout. I was surprised at how quickly my legs shut down afterwards. Lifting the hay bales was a struggle! Oh well, you keep pushing onwards.
Eating has improved. Still not back to my “normal” routine yet. Going off to go “glamping” tomorrow. Taking our camper trailer. Fortunately we will not be far from the beach, so a day in the waves is planned. That is my favorite cardio workout!
