this is so discouraging😞 been working out twice a day. waiting mostly low card and intermittent fasting. it's been more than a month since I touched alcohol yet the scale keeps going up. having an emotionally low day, I'm so tired of my life being consumed by weightloss.
124.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
