ugh came down a little bit but I did go over on my calories yesterday and drank a gallon of water...we will see this week if I can get this weight back down to 306, if it doesn't go down 👇 it's time to try harder and go back to what I was doing at the beginning I bought my fruit yesterday, since I had been eating very little bit of it and more of bad things for me . actually I'm going back to eating more fruit starting now I don't like that I may have gained almost 3lbs .. could still be the constipation also since I only went once yesterday and nothing as of yet today will see if the fiber in the fruit helps me go..
Can I actually gain 3 lb overnight because I was 306 and the next day I was 308.8 and it's barely moved again.. Going to try and fast longer than the 12hr I been doing I was going 14-16hr hopefully I can go longer than that and see if it is just temporary Weight gain.
