I don't know about by that date, Deb...lol. We'll see my losses tend to speed up & then slow down, granted I had not been logging or paying too much attention to calories the past couple of months. I've just been winging it, doing what felt right. The body composition scale says I have around 128 lbs of fat-free body mass, as of about 5 weeks ago. Every time muscle mass increases, it gives me a new target weight. As of then, it was 153 lbs. That's why, while I do keep an eye on the scale, my other eye is on body composition. Thus, the clothing size goal instead. Those are great goals, Deb! You can do it!!! I used to want to run. I'm not too interested in it at the moment. I think I'd really like to take some kickboxing or some type of self-defense classes.
