Well, loss is picking back up! I've been maintaining healthy diet through the week (and if I work on the weekend) but allowing some splurge, which I'm not tracking, on the weekends. I think my body likes that. Still not eating sweets...I do not know what Santa will pick to put in my stocking this year. It had been our tradition that Santa fills the stockings with candy and I just have no interest in it thanks to the Mounjaro.

Going to the gym today and tomorrow while my daughter is at cheer practice. She has a comp this weekend so practices are closed to spectators. That gives me 2.5 hours to do what I want both nights!

Still plugging away. Not letting assholes get me down.
96.8 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
