Slower now.
Yesterday I moved my daughter into school. We went out to lunch at a wonderful middle eastern restaurant. One of my favorites.
I had the Lebanese salad with no dressing,and a skewer of grilled chicken. It looked like more than 3 ounces so I gave half to my son. I took some of his hummus and dipped my salad veggies into it.
Not bad.
Then I made it to the gym when I got home, but have not been enough times this week. Feeling a little weak this morning. Having coffee and trying to get my strength up
Have to clean the house for my sister's family to visit tomorrow and try to get to the gym.
