I woke up and got curious. Stepped on the scale. I didn't feel like I lost weight. I felt like I may have gained weight. I didn't think coaching baseball was enough exercise... not like my exercise bike. I saw the weight and rubbed my eyes. I stepped off the scale and stepped back on. 235 again. That was with my pajama pants on too. How did that happen?
106.6 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
