I have been off my deficit for about a week and a half mainly because i’ve been feeling unmotivated and lazy. Coincidentally I have gained 1kg. I will be back on my deficit today and i’m feeling very good about it 💪🏼
71.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
